This is the third book I’ve read on raising capital and by far the best. The author has solid, real world experience on how to raise money and market your project. He was able to keep the subject matter interesting and explained complex things very clearly. I feel more confident moving forward with my project after reading this.
Lot’s of $2,000 ideas in this book!
Just finished his book in two sessions…hard to put down! Hunter covers everything you need to be successful raising money for real estate syndications. If you are thinking about how to get into this business or scale what you are doing…do yourself a favor and read this book!

Wow! I’m a little over halfway through the book and already feel compelled to write a review. What resourceful, invaluable, practical gems Hunter has given us. From how to talk with investors on calls to how to construct a deal deck, Hunter shares it all on how to raise millions. It’s not easy and it does require taking action so put in the work and you’ll see the results. I can’t wait to see the gems the second half of the book holds. Well done, Hunter!
